The process
Five steps from first call to first shift
Get in touch
Call, email, or send an enquiry through this site. Participants, family members, support coordinators and allied health professionals are all welcome to make contact.
Free consultation
We’ll talk through your goals, your plan, and the supports you’re looking for. No obligation and no pressure.
Matching
We match you with support workers who suit your needs, preferences and schedule.
Service agreement
We put a clear service agreement and support plan in place, co-designed with you.
Support begins
Your supports start, and we review regularly to make sure they’re still the right fit.
Who we work with
Self-managed and plan-managed participants
Self-managed participants
Full choice of provider — you manage the funding directly.
Plan-managed participants
Your plan manager handles invoicing; we work with them directly.
Support coordinators & LACs
Referring on behalf of a participant? Contact us for current availability.
A note on NDIA-managed plans
We are not currently able to take on NDIA-managed participants. If your plan is NDIA-managed, you may still be able to work with us by moving to plan management — your support coordinator or the NDIA can explain the options.
Before you call
What to have ready
Helpful to have on hand:
- Your NDIS number
- A copy of your current plan, if you have one
- An idea of the supports you’re after
- Preferred days, times and location
Don’t have all of this yet? Contact us anyway — we’ll help you work it out.
We have capacity right now
No waitlist across any of our four service types, which means support can start without delay. Tell us what you need and we’ll take it from there.
